Cannes Yachting Festival 2014: Day 2

As well as beautiful boats at the festival there are lots of other fun things to see.   There are food stands, masseurs, trials of products to name but a few.  One of my favourite parts though are the toys for the big boats.  As well as the usual inflatable slides and windsurfs, there are a lot of motorised products this year.  For example, the Jetsurf and the Rickter Jetski from Luxury water that you can see below.

Born fun - Cannes Yachting Festival 2014

I really like the idea behind this inflatable sailing dinghy from Tiwal.  It can be transported in two bags each weighing 28kilos.  So it would easily fit in the boot of a car.  No trailers required.

Jetlev Flyer- Cannes Yachting Festival 2014

This year has seen the jet lev flyer get a lot of media attention So it was no surprise to also see it at the Cannes.

Motorised surfboard and robstep - Cannes Yachting Festival 2014

They also have motorised surfboards that can go at 35 miles per hour.  If you don’t want to get in the water there is the Robin M1 that you can see in bright yellow.  It is a kind of mini segway that the owners claim is powerful enough to pull a small car!

Seabob - Cannes Yachting Festival 2014

For those wanting to go underwater there is of course the seabob available in a range of colours …

and if that isn’t enough for you, there is also the Hurricane from Seawarriors.  They have made a two man submarine capable of travelling at 14kn.  This is only a small selection of the Toys that are on show at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2014.
